Add credits from $5. Optional auto top up. Set a monthly ceiling so we can never charge more than you allow.

Got an OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google key? Connect it and pay them directly. Fibula charges nothing.
What costs money
Per token rates, in full
You only pay for AI processing. Building workflows, storing documents, and running them costs nothing. Same prices for everyone. No tiers, no surprise fees.
Prices are in US dollars per million tokens. Tokens are how AI models meter their work. As a rough guide, a one page invoice is around 1,500 to 3,000 tokens. When a provider changes their price, we update ours.

Is there really no credit card needed?
Yes. You sign up with Google, get $10 in free credits, and start automating. We never ask for a card unless you choose to add one for top ups or auto top up.
What happens when my $10 runs out?
Workflows that depend on AI processing pause. Nothing breaks. You can top up from $5, enable auto top up, connect your own AI key, or redeem a promo code if you have one.
Can I cap my monthly spend?
Yes. Set a monthly ceiling in billing. Auto top up will stop charging once the calendar month sum hits the ceiling. The next month resets automatically.
If I bring my own key, is the whole platform free?
Yes. With your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google key connected, Fibula does not charge you for tokens. You pay your provider directly. Building workflows, storing documents, and running them costs nothing on Fibula.
Do you store my documents?
Yes, in private, access-controlled storage scoped to your workspace. URLs are signed and time limited. Document content is sent to your selected AI provider for extraction. You can delete documents at any time.
Is this safe to use for client work?
We use Google OAuth (no passwords stored), TLS 1.2 plus in transit, and encryption at rest. We are in early access, so things may occasionally need fixing. Email reaches a founder and issues usually ship the same day. For sensitive workloads, your own AI key keeps content within your provider relationship.
