1. What we collect
When you create an account or use Fibula, we collect:
- Account information — your name, email address, and authentication data (via Google OAuth)
- Usage data — workflows you build, documents you process, and how you interact with the product
- Documents you upload — files you submit for processing, stored securely and only accessible to your account
- Billing data — managed by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers
2. How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide and improve Fibula:
- To process documents through your workflows
- To send transactional emails (e.g. team invitations)
- To calculate and charge for AI processing usage
- To debug issues and improve the product
We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to your authenticated account on every request.
