Terms of Service

1. What Fibula is

Fibula is a document automation platform provided by STAPLE AI PTE. LTD. ("we", "us"). You build workflows, upload documents, and Fibula extracts and routes structured data.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older to use Fibula. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at faryz@staple.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Fibula to:

• Process documents containing illegal content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Resell or sublicense the platform without written permission
• Generate automated traffic that degrades service for others

4. Your data

You own your data. We process it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Billing

Fibula operates on a credit-based model. We do not offer refunds on unused credits except where required by law.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
